Who operates LiquidityHQ, where your data is kept, who else handles it, and how to report a problem.
Where your data is stored
Your account and your saved data are held in a managed Postgres database run by Supabase. Your data may be processed outside your own country by that provider. The Privacy Policy covers that transfer.
How it is protected
Traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted with TLS, and the database provider encrypts data at rest. Passwords are stored as a hash by the authentication provider, so nobody here can read yours. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.
Who else handles your data
The full list - database, product analytics, AI analysis, email delivery, payments, and the market data and news feeds - is in the Privacy Policy, together with what each one is used for. It is kept in one place rather than repeated here, so the two cannot drift apart.
Your funds and your exchange account
LiquidityHQ is a read-only analytics and alerting tool. There is no wallet connection and we never touch or trade your funds.
Keeping your account safe
Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and change it from Settings if you think it has been exposed. If you are locked out, the sign-in page has a reset link.
Reporting a security problem
Write to support@liquidity-hq.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and please give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else. One person reads that mailbox, so a plain description gets further than an automated scanner report.
